Dunk’s Gourmet Mushroom Jerky is hand crafted in small batches, using our time tested recipe and process. Our mushrooms are grown and harvested in the next room from where we make the magic happen, and turn it into delicious jerky. Our operation is half mushroom farm, half food processing facility, allowing us to make sure that you are receiving a quality product, from start to finish.
Available in 10 oz. and 22 oz. sizes.
So easy to prepare, just remove lid and place into a preheated 400 F oven for 45 minutes. (Ovens may vary).

Lions Mane Powder: These jars contains over 1/2 pound of 100% Lions Mane mushroom fruit bodies, dehydrated and powdered. The caps have both shaker and spoon options.
Lions Mane Coffee: The coffee is roasted locally in Hampstead, NH by Global Bean, and delivered to us the same day. I blend the coffee with our dehydrated Lions Mane, resulting in a smooth earthy flavor.
Chaga Coffee: Chaga from White Mountain Forager LLC, blended with locally roasted coffee.
