Our collaborations with Loon Chocolate include two of the finest chocolate bars on the market. In each Lion's Mane bar, Loon uses their 70% dark chocolate and 1.5 grams of Dunk's Mushrooms 100% fruiting body Lion's Mane powder. For the Chaga Chai bar, Loon uses their 70% dark chocolate infused with Dunk's Mushrooms exclusive Chaga Chai Spice Blend. Both flavors are vegan and gluten free!

Our mushroom coffee is a proprietary blend of coffee and our specially prepared mushroom powders. Brew the same way you would any ground coffee. We use only Costa Rican Tarrazu coffee beans, roasted by Global Bean Coffee Co. in Hampstead, New Hampshire.

Our Energy & Focus bars with Lion's Mane are handmade at our kitchen in Brentwood, NH from just seven natural ingredients. All three flavors are vegan, gluten free, and delicious!

Mushroom Jerky

Dunk’s Gourmet Mushroom Jerky is hand crafted in small batches, using our time-tested recipe and process. Our mushrooms are grown and harvested in a room right next to the kitchen where our products are prepared. Our operation is half mushroom farm, half food processing facility, allowing us to make sure that you are receiving a quality product from start to finish.

Each powder is 0.75 oz and made with care at Dunk's Mushrooms with our locally grown mushrooms. Great for adding flavor to a dish and adding a healthy boost to your smoothies and meals.

Lion's Mane Coffee Kombucha
Our collaboration with Pigeon Cove Ferments in Gloucester, MA, uses our Lion's Mane Coffee to flavor plain kombucha. The result is a unique, refreshing drink that melds the coffee, tea, and mushroom worlds together! Pigeon Cove kombucha is raw, probiotic, gluten free, and vegan.
Open carefully and keep refrigerated. This is a raw food. Strains of culture may appear. These are a natural and normal occurrence in raw kombucha. Fermentation causes carbonation.

Mushroom Patties
House-made mushroom vegan & gluten free mushroom patties sold as a 2 pack. Great for mushroom loving vegans and meat eaters alike! Sold frozen. Available in store.
Ingredients: Oyster and shiitake mushroom, TVP (soy flour), lentil, sunflower oil, potato starch, flax seed, onion, carrot, sage, salt, pepper.
Maitake Marinara
Quart containers of our staff favorite, a vegan and gluten free marinara sauce made with flavorful maitake (hen of the woods) mushrooms. Great sauce for pasta, pizza, and more! Sold frozen. Available in store.
Ingredients: Peeled tomato (tomato puree, basil, salt, naturally derived citric acid), Maitake, Onion, Shiitake, Tomato Paste, Red Wine, Roasted Garlic (sunflower oil, herbs), Kosher Salt, Dry Oregano.



MushrooM Pot Pies
Flavors: Lions Mane, Shiitake
Available in 10 oz. and 22 oz. sizes.
Gourmet pies that are ready to go! Just remove lid and place into a preheated 400 F oven for 45 minutes (ovens may vary).

Cream of Maitake Soup
Another staff favorite, this gluten free soup is full of amazing maitake (hen of the woods) flavor. Quart container sold frozen, just simmer on medium heat for 15-20 minutes. Great with rice or on its own! Available in store.
Ingredients: Whole Milk, Maitake, Mushroom Stock (water, maitake mushroom), Heavy Cream, Onion, Butter, Potato Starch, Roasted Garlic (garlic, sunflower oil, herbs), Kosher Salt, Sage, Black Pepper.

Hearty, vegan and gluten free mushroom chili that hits the spot any time of year. Made with fresh Dunk's Mushrooms grown right next to the kitchen. Quart container sold frozen. Simmer on medium heat for 15-20 minutes. Available in store.
Ingredients: Pinto Beans, Mushroom Stock (water, shiitake and/or oyster mushroom), Tomatoes (tomato puree, basil leaf, salt, naturally derived citric acid), Chestnut, Lion's Mane, oyster, and Shiitake Mushrooms, Onion, Poblano Pepper, Celery, Carrot, Pineapple Juice, TVP (soy flour), Sunflower Oil, Tomato Paste, Potato Starch, Kosher Salt, Chili Powder, Pepper Sauce (distilled vinegar, red pepper, salt), Dry Oregano, Cayenne Pepper.
