Our Story

Dunk’s Mushroom Products & Foraging LLC, better know as Dunk’s Mushrooms, is a gourmet mushroom farm, and FDA registered food processing facility. Formed in January of 2016, we have strived since day one to provide local area restaurants and stores with the highest quality, gourmet mushrooms to be had. We grow between 8 and 12 species of mushrooms and currently our delivery area encompasses central to southeastern NH, northeastern MA, Southern ME, and the Upper Valley of VT. William J Dunkerley, better known as Dunk, has a long background in foraging, wildcrafting, and food preservation methods, such as fermenting, making vinegar, curing, and drying. He has a passion for all things food and playing with unique flavors from wild foraged items is one of his specialties. Growing up in Errol, NH, he spent most of his youth in the woods, hunting, fishing and foraging. His very first job was in the kitchen at The Balsams resort, which was the beginning of his affair with food.
